Role Description
This role owns end-to-end revenue generation across all Dot Cowork locations.
You are responsible for:
- Driving occupancy through direct sales, broker networks, and inbound conversion
- Managing the full sales cycle
- Owning client relationships post-sale to ensure retention and upsell
- Tracking and driving collections and payment follow-ups
- Working closely with centre teams to ensure client expectations are met
This is not a “team management” role.
This is a hands-on revenue ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Close deals across private offices, enterprise requirements, and custom workspace solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline (direct + channel partners)
- Convert inbound leads efficiently (site visits to closures)
- Maintain high occupancy across all locations
- Manage key accounts and ensure long-term retention
- Drive timely collections and reduce revenue leakage
- Stay sharp on local market pricing, competitors, and demand trends
