Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will oversee and manage the hotel's sales team to achieve revenue targets and business growth. This full-time, on-site role in Pune City involves generating and converting leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The individual will proactively design sales strategies, negotiate contracts, execute agreements, monitor market trends, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes analyzing sales data to optimize performance and contributing to the hotel's overall market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Exceptional Communication, Networking, and Negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Data Analysis, and Reporting
- Knowledge of the hospitality sector, including event planning, contract negotiation, and hotel operations
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform in dynamic, fast-paced settings
