Role Description
Our Senior Sales Manager will drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue generation. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and leading sales teams to achieve targets. The role involves collaborating with internal research teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, with flexibility for partial remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and meeting revenue targets
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Understanding of market research methodologies and delivering customized solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and trends
- Experience in the market research or consulting industry is highly advantageous
