Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Delhi, OH. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and drive the sales strategy to achieve organizational targets, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee growth in regional sales performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing a high-performing sales team, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves mentoring and coaching sales professionals to optimize performance and delivering consistent results aligned with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, target achievement, and revenue generation
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and networking effectively
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and forecasting
- Knowledge of general insurance products and the financial services industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
