🚨 We’re Hiring | Head of Sales – Eastern India | Footwear Industry Avalon Foo
twears is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations across Eastern India. With decades of legacy in the footwear industry, Avalon continues to expand its presence across rural and urban markets. We are now seeking a seasoned sales leader who understands distribution-driven markets and can drive growth across our dealer and distributor network.Position: Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the company Strengthen and expand dealer and distributor networks across Eastern India
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage regional sales teams and ensure target achievement
- Identify new market opportunities in rural, suburban, and urban segments
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Monitor sales performance, reporting, and forecasting
- Coordinate closely with production and management for demand planning
Compensation:₹9–12LPA (depending on experience and expertise)
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in the footwear or FM CG distribution ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Eastern Indian markets
- Proven track record of building dealer networks and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
