📈 WE'RE HIRING: Senior Sales Manager – HDPE Pipes
Arpan Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic sales leader to drive our next phase of growth.
With 45+ years of manufacturing excellence, we are among India's pioneers in HDPE pipe manufacturing — supplying critical infrastructure for Jal Jeevan Mission, PHED, AMRUT, Smart Cities, and state water boards across the country.
🔹 THE ROLE:
This is NOT a desk job. We need a seasoned professional who knows how to:
• Win large government tenders & institutional orders
• Build empanelments from scratch with municipal corporations & water authorities
• Navigate GeM portal, e-procurement systems & tender documentation
• Develop deep relationships with EPC contractors, project engineers & procurement heads
• Mentor regional teams and own the full sales pipeline
🔹 WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
✓ 10+ years in HDPE pipe / piping industry
✓ Proven track record of winning government tenders
✓ Deep knowledge of JJM, PHED, AMRUT procurement frameworks
✓ Strong understanding of HDPE grades, IS standards, pressure ratings & fittings
✓ Excellent communication in English & Hindi
