Role Description
As a Senior Sales Manager at Apptunix, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets. In this on-site, full-time role based in Chandigarh, India, you will lead sales strategies, engage with prospective clients, and oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will work towards achieving revenue goals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and successful track record in sales leadership, client relationship management, and business development.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor sales teams to drive results in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- Prior experience in managing international sales or working with global clients is an advantage.
