Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will play a strategic role in driving sales growth and expanding market reach. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves leading a sales team and providing mentorship to achieve company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Expertise in sales strategy, business development, and market analysis
- Proven experience in client relationship management and negotiation
- Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Solid understanding of industrial packaging products and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work on-site at the Noida location and travel for client meetings as necessary
- Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
