🚨 Hiring: Growth Lead – India & Southeast Asia (SaaS Solutions) 🚨
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial professional to lead business growth across India and Southeast Asia (SEA).
This opportunity is not limited to traditional sales candidates. Professionals with experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, and operations who want to move into a customer-facing commercial role are also encouraged to apply.

💼 Role: Growth Lead – SaaS Solutions
🌏 Region: India & Southeast Asia (SEA)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and SEA
✔ Manage the complete customer journey from discussions to deal closure
✔ Act as a trusted advisor on supply chain planning and digital transformation
✔ Present SaaS-based solutions with clear business impact and ROI
✔ Build and strengthen customer relationships
✔ Develop regional growth strategies aligned with market needs
✔ Collaborate with international teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
Preferred Background:
✔ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Metallurgy, or related fields
✔ Experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, or Supply Chain solutions
OR
✔ Strong operational experience in:
• Demand Planning
• S&OP
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Supply Chain Planning
Skills Required:
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
✔ Customer-focused mindset
✔ Entrepreneurial attitude with strong ownership
✔ Ability to understand business challenges and provide solutions
✔ Fluent English communication
