Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring sales teams, and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs and provide seamless service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong ability in Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Market Analysis
- Demonstrated skills in Leadership, Team Building, and Performance Management
- Proficient in Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and familiarity with real estate trends is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
