Sarraf Food & Beverage Pvt. Ltd. is a Jaipur-based premium food and beverage company building brands for the modern Indian consumer — someone who is globally aware, health-conscious, and chooses quality over convenience.
We operate two verticals:
▸ JIVANTAÈ — India's first luxury natural alkaline hydration brand. Available in still and sparkling formats, in crystal bottles and aluminium cans. JIVANTAÈ is placed exclusively in premium environments — five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, luxury wellness centres, high-end gyms, and curated retail. We are actively growing across all major premium cities in India with no geographic restriction.
▸ DUNI Rajasthan — We are the official super-distributor for DUNI, a leading premium European brand specialising in tableware and hospitality solutions. This vertical is focused entirely on Rajasthan, where we serve hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, catering companies, and event organisers across the state.
We are a founder-led company in our launch phase — small by design, serious about quality, and growing with intention. Everyone who joins us at this stage plays a meaningful role in shaping what we build.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Sales Manager specialising in the HORECA sector. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth at Sarraf Food & Beverage. He/She will report directly to the founder and own the revenue pipeline across both JIVANTAÈ and DUNI — covering premium cities for JIVANTAÈ and the full Rajasthan territory for DUNI.
JIVANTAÈ — Luxury Hydration (Pan-India, premium cities)
• Build and own the account list across five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, luxury wellness centres, premium gyms, and curated retail — starting with Jaipur and Delhi, with active expansion to Mumbai, Bengaluru, and other premium cities
• Drive listings and reorders for our 750ml glass still bottles and 250ml still and sparkling aluminium cans
• Position JIVANTAÈ sparkling as the premium non-alcoholic choice in bar and lounge settings — an elevated alternative to soft drinks and alcohol
• Ensure brand standards — display, pricing, and placement — are upheld at every account
• Represent JIVANTAÈ at hospitality events, lifestyle activations, and trade showcases
DUNI — HORECA Distribution (Rajasthan only)
• Drive DUNI product listings across the Rajasthan HORECA ecosystem — hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, caterers, and event companies
• Build and manage distributor and sub-distributor relationships across Jaipur and key Rajasthan cities including Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Ajmer
• Deliver consistent monthly offtake and growing territory coverage across the state
Sales Leadership
• Manage and guide the Junior Sales Associate based in Jaipur
• Share a weekly pipeline update with the founder
• Build and refine the pitch materials, rate cards, and account onboarding process for both brands
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales within luxury beverages, premium FMCG, HORECA distribution, or hospitality solutions
• Demonstrated track record of opening and managing accounts in five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, or premium lifestyle spaces
• Existing relationships with hotel GMs, F&B directors, procurement heads, or restaurant owners in Rajasthan, Delhi, other metro cities are a strong advantage
• Comfortable and confident operating in premium hospitality environments — understands the mindset, pace, and expectations of five-star clients
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and deliver results with a lean team
• Willingness to travel 8–10 days per month across Rajasthan and key metro cities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
