Senior Sales Manager — B2B Industrial & Automation | 4+ Years Experience | Onsite | Bengaluru, India
The Role:
We're looking for a driven, industry-savvy Senior Sales professional to own and grow our B2B sales pipeline across manufacturing, warehousing, and automation verticals. You understand the language of the shop floor — MHEs, forklifts, press machines, PLCs — and you know how to navigate the ecosystem of system integrators, OEMs, and plant operations teams to drive deals to closure.
This is a high-ownership role where you'll be working directly with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy while building lasting relationships across industrial accounts.
What you'll do:
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — for AI safety products in manufacturing and logistics accounts
- Identify and develop relationships with system integrators, EPC firms, and industrial OEMs who can drive adoption at scale
- Position Control One's Physical AI and Vision AI solutions to plant heads, EHS teams, and operations/maintenance decision-makers
- Work with technical and product teams to deliver compelling demos, proposals, and solution pitches
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline; own quarterly revenue targets
- Gather market intelligence on competitor solutions and customer needs to sharpen our GTM approach
- Represent Control One at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, MHE, capital equipment, or factory technology
- Proven track record selling to or through system integrators, automation vendors, or industrial distributors
- Familiarity with sectors such as automotive, FMCG, e-commerce fulfillment, pharmaceuticals, or heavy manufacturing
- Strong understanding of warehouse/factory operations — you're comfortable walking a shopfloor and talking to engineers
- Experience handling long B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (plant ops, purchase, EHS, IT)
- Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; comfortable with pan-India travel
Nice to have:
- Prior exposure to AI/ML-based industrial products, machine vision, or IoT platforms
- Network within forklift OEMs, automated warehouse operators, or press/stamping machine manufacturers
- Experience working at an early-stage startup or in a role with significant GTM ownership
