Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Project Sales
Location: Kothrud, Pune | CTC: As per Company Standards
Experience: 8–10 Years (Solar EPC Mandatory)
Joining: Within 30 days (Immediate preferred)

Role Overview
Looking for a Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in Solar EPC project sales (services) for rooftop & ground-mounted projects.
This is a complete sales role involving lead generation to project closure.
❗ Not product sales – only EPC project sales experience required
Key Responsibilities :-
- Drive end-to-end Solar EPC sales (lead → site visit → proposal → negotiation → closure)
- Generate business through direct clients, references & industry network
- Handle C&I, industrial & institutional clients
- Conduct site visits & client meetings with decision-makers
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals with internal teams
- Lead contract negotiation & deal closure
- Maintain sales pipeline, targets & forecasting
- Manage key accounts & repeat business
- Lead and guide sales team
Mandatory Requirements :-
- 8–10 years in Solar EPC project sales ONLY
- Experience in rooftop & ground-mounted project closures
- Proven track record of closing high-value EPC deals
- Strong B2B / C&I sales experience
- Hands-on experience in complete sales cycle (not just lead gen)
Education & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech Electrical (Mandatory) | MBA preferred
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge of solar projects
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills
- Ability to handle long sales cycles & multiple stakeholders
