SENIOR SALES MANAGER – AI SERVICES
Location: Noida (On-site) | Revenue Target: $25,000/month

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
Revenue Ownership
- $15,000/month from inbound/company-generated leads
- $10,000/month from self-generated pipeline
Key Responsibilities
- Close warm inbound leads
- Build and manage outbound pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
- Create proposals (scope, pricing, timelines)
- Negotiate and close deals independently
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversions

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years in IT Sales / B2B solution selling (AI preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation & consultative selling skills
- Experience with international clients (US overlap)
- Ability to handle inbound + outbound sales
- Strong ownership of revenue target
Proven Track Record (Mandatory)
- Closing inbound/warm leads
- Generating own pipeline
- Achieving monthly revenue targets
- End-to-end deal ownership
- Must quantify performance (deal size, closures, revenue, pipeline)
Compensation
- ₹8–12 LPA base (based on performance)
- Uncapped incentives (starting ~$600 at $25K target)
First 30 Days
- Week 1: Onboarding, deal reviews, call shadowing, platform training
- Week 2–4: Close $5K–$8K + build outbound pipeline
- Month 1 Target: $10K–$15K
Reporting
- Reports to: Rohit Gahlot (Sales & Marketing)
- Works with: Bidding, Outbound, Delivery teams
- Access to founders for $20K+ deals
