Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Government & PSU Business Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive business development across Government and PSU sectors. The role focuses on selling IT solutions including Data Center infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, and hardware such as servers, storage, desktops, laptops, and cybersecurity offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end business development in Government, PSU, and defense sectors
• Identify, develop, and close large IT infrastructure deals
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, RFP/RFQ response, bidding, negotiation, and closure
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in government departments and PSUs
• Work closely with OEMs, partners, and internal technical teams for solution positioning
• Handle GeM portal, e-tendering, and procurement processes
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new government initiatives
• Ensure timely collections and project execution coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Government / PSU IT sales

• Excellent network within government departments
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to handle large and complex deals
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with leading OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.)
• Exposure to Data Center & Cybersecurity solutions
• MBA / Graduate in relevant field
