Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition
- Identify and prospect private sector clients including IT companies, MSMEs, startups, and service agencies.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Drive new logo acquisition to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Contribute directly to overall business growth through consistent new wins.
- Consultative & Value-Based Selling
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations for ERP modules (Finance & Accounting, Inventory, Fixed Assets, HRMS & Payroll, CRM, Projects).
- Understand client business challenges and map iProfit ERP capabilities to their needs.
- Position iProfit as a strategic platform for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Engage with CXO-level and senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and align solutions accordingly.
- Support conversions through outcome-focused, value-driven solution positioning.
- Deal Management & Closing
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and subscription pricing with prospective clients.
- Handle objections and commercial concerns effectively.
- Close subscription-based SaaS deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Market & Sales Strategy
- Track competitor offerings, pricing models, and market movements.
- Analyze trends to refine sales pitch, proposals, and positioning.
- Provide inputs to sales planning and go-to-market initiatives.
- Client Success & Account Growth
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to implementation teams.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive recurring and incremental revenue from existing accounts.
- Revenue Ownership & Forecasting
- Own end-to-end revenue responsibility for assigned territories and accounts.
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene.
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, and implementation teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS / ERP sales.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing full sales lifecycle and large-ticket deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (including CXO-level).
- Strong business acumen and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
