About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished enterprise sales leader from the IT industry to join Elvtech and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth across strategic accounts. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility position designed for a professional who has built their career on credibility, relationships, and consistent delivery in complex, large-ticket project engagements.

The Role
As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead enterprise engagements across our IT Hardware, Networking, and Collaboration & Unified Communication portfolios, with Audio Visual Integration further enriching the solutions you take to market.
Collaboration and UC are central to our growth strategy — and you will play a key role in driving conversations around modern workplace transformation, meeting room solutions, and unified communication platforms that today's enterprises are actively investing in.
You will operate as an independent business owner within the organization, responsible for the full sales lifecycle — from strategic account planning and opportunity creation to negotiation, closure, and long-term relationship stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving revenue through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion
- Architect and execute large, multi-stakeholder project deals spanning IT infrastructure, networking, and modern collaboration environments
- Lead conversations around Collaboration and Unified Communication transformation — positioning solutions such as enterprise meeting room systems, UC platforms, video conferencing, and digital workplace technologies as central pillars of customer engagement
- Leverage Elvtech's integrated portfolio (IT, Networking, Collaboration & UC, and AV) to build differentiated solution proposals and expand wallet share within accounts
- Engage CXO and senior decision-makers — including CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Workplace/Facilities leaders — as a credible business partner who understands both infrastructure and collaboration priorities
- Build accurate forecasts, maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene, and deliver consistently against quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to ensure customer success from proposal through implementation
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitive movements, and emerging technologies across the enterprise IT, UC, and digital workplace landscape
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 8+ years of demonstrable success in enterprise sales within the IT Hardware and Networking project business
- An established network of enterprise customer relationships and a verifiable track record of independently originating and closing large-ticket IT deals
- Sound working knowledge of the relevant technology landscape — servers, storage, networking infrastructure, and adjacent IT domains
- Exposure to or strong interest in Collaboration and Unified Communication solutions (such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Poly, Logitech, and similar platforms) — candidates with direct UC sales experience will be viewed especially favorably
- Openness to positioning Audio Visual Integration as a value-added extension to deepen account engagement
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation acumen, and the maturity to manage complex stakeholder dynamics
- A self-driven approach with the discipline to operate with autonomy and accountability
- Polished communication and executive presence appropriate for senior client engagements
