Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-performance closer with strong agency sales experience (3–5 years) who can own the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing high-ticket clients.
This is not a support role. This is a revenue-driving, ownership role.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end sales: lead sourcing → outreach → discovery → pitch → closing → onboarding
- Identify and qualify high-intent D2C & Tech brands
- Proactively reach out via calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and network
- Conduct exploratory & strategy calls with founders/CMOs
- Coordinate audits with internal team and convert insights into closing conversations
- Close deals and ensure smooth handover + onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong personal network in D2C/Startup ecosystem

Who You Are
- 3–5 years in agency sales (must-have)
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (₹3L–₹20L+ monthly retainers)
- Extremely strong in cold calling, follow-ups, and objection handling
- Deep understanding of performance marketing / D2C ecosystem
- Well-connected with founders, marketers, or operators in D2C/Tech
- Self-driven, aggressive, and ownership mindset (no hand-holding)
