Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Mumbai requires a seasoned Senior Sales Leader specializing in the K12 education sector. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role also involves identifying growth opportunities, delivering training to the sales team, and ensuring outstanding customer service to meet organizational goals in education. Most important delivering numbers as set by the Management for K12 Franchise.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven expertise in Sales, including driving revenue and achieving sales targets
• Experience in Sales Management, including leading and mentoring sales teams
• Ability to conduct effective Training sessions for team development and upskilling
• Strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the education sector, especially K12, is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
