Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building relationships with new and existing clients, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Duties include managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior sales staff to achieve team success and growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales strategies, business development, and revenue generation
- Strong skills in relationship building, contract negotiation, and account management
- Ability to effectively analyze market trends and implement data-driven sales tactics
- Leadership experience, mentoring sales teams, and driving collaborative success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivation with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in managing sales pipelines
- Background in startup ecosystems or entrepreneurship is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
