Business: NAP Division (uPVC, PVC & WPC)
Location: Sambalpur

The WPC/PVC Division deals in products like WPC Doors, PVC Boards, WPC/PVC Sheets, Windows, Louvers, and allied building solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive Channel Sales, Dealer Development, Project Sales, and Business Development for our WPC/PVC product portfolio in the assigned territory.
The role involves handling dealers/distributors, generating project business, and building strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, fabricators, and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Channel Sales, Trade Sales, and Business Development in the assigned territory
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners
- Generate leads through architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and interior designers
- Handle Project Sales and Specification Sales for residential and commercial projects
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets and market expansion goals
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and market development activities
- Track competition, market trends, and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, collections, and customer support
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Building Materials / Interior Products industry
- Strong exposure to Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or Project Sales
- Good network with architects, contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused professional
Preferred Industry Background
Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, PVC/WPC, Doors & Windows, Hardware, Furniture Fittings, Construction Materials, Interior Products, Paints, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Architectural Products.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline | MBA preferred
