Position : Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Field Sales
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, colleges, travel agencies,
relocation partners, brokers, and institutions.
Generate leads and close business partnerships for long-term accommodation and group
bookings.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Travel across the assigned city for business development and partnership meetings.
Identify new market opportunities and build strategic alliances to drive occupancy and
revenue growth.
Coordinate and manage client site visits and property walkthroughs.
Ensure successful closure of corporate tie-ups and group booking opportunities after client
visits.
Lead and drive local market activations and business networking opportunities.
B2C Sales
Handle direct customer inquiries for hostel stays, student accommodation, and short/long-
term bookings.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through calls, emails, walk-ins, and property visits.
Conduct property/site visits for prospective clients and parents.
Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closure of bookings after site visits.
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
General Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and occupancy targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, records, and reports.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution and customer
onboarding.
Support brand growth initiatives during expansion into new markets.
Represent Youthville professionally during client meetings, field visits, exhibitions, and
networking events.
Mentor junior sales team members whenever required.
Requirements
3 5 years of experience in field sales, hospitality sales, real estate sales, startup sales, or
related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
Comfortable with field sales and travelling for client meetings across the assigned city.
Ability to independently manage client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and deal
closures.
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and target achievement.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of Pune or Mumbai market is an added advantage.
Graduate preferred.
