Role Overview:
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Pitch agency services (digital marketing, web development, branding)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality
- Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Prior experience in sales (agency experience preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
