About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive (Interiors) to join our sales team and contribute to our expansion across Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in residential interior sales, modular furniture solutions, and customer relationship management. This role requires a professional who can confidently handle premium customers, understand their requirements, provide suitable interior solutions, and successfully convert opportunities into business.
Candidates must possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-value interior projects. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals looking to build a long-term career with a fast-growing interiors company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, walk-ins, channel partners, architects, builders, and networking activities.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable interior and modular furniture solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement and sales conversion strategies.
End-to-End Sales Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to project closure.
- Conduct customer meetings and requirement analysis.
- Coordinate design presentations and proposal discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close projects.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and consultants.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle client concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Coordination & Project Support
- Work closely with design, production, and project execution teams.
- Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated to internal teams.
- Support smooth project handover from sales to execution.
- Follow up on project milestones and customer feedback.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Share market insights with management to support business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Interior Design will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the Interior Design or Modular Furniture industry.
- Proven experience in residential interior project sales.
- Experience handling premium residential customers and high-value projects.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Note: Candidates from industries outside Interiors, Modular Furniture, Home Décor, or Residential Design will not be considered.
