Role Summary Work on lead handling, customer conversations, structured follow-ups, and conversions. Initial leads will be provided, allowing focus on communication quality, relationship-building, and closing performance.
Key Responsibilities - Contact and manage company-provided leads through calls and follow-ups - Qualify, nurture, and convert interested prospects into paying customers - Handle objections confidently and maintain consistent conversion performance - Share daily updates on work progress, lead status, and reporting - Work in a target-driven environment with strong accountability
Candidate Profile - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, admissions, EdTech, tele-sales, or service-based sales - Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); Hindi preferred - Immediate joiners or candidates fully available for a full-time role - Comfortable with structured reporting and daily performance tracking - Disciplined, consistent, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment
