Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, allowing for both in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth in the health diagnostics and preventive care domain. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, presenting and promoting products and services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis to identify trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering results that contribute to long-term organizational growth.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Capabilities like writing project proposals and articles for publication or presentation are desirable qualifications.
- Strong written and oral English communication skills.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Proven work experience as a Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical
- Deep network of Doctors, pharma and channel partners
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management in health diagnostics or related fields
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Knowledge of health diagnostics, preventive care solutions, and the healthcare industry ecosystem
- Educational qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree with a MBA would be preferred
- In addition, the candidate must be flexible to perform miscellaneous job-related tasks duties as the situation may demand.
