LONGENY is seeking a competitive Sr. Sales Executive who can drive the Diagnostics, and Nutraceutical businesses in a fast-paced environment. The individual will act as the key link between
our company and healthcare professionals, healthcare brands and businesses, and you
will aim at meeting sales targets.
Your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s diagnostic and
nutraceutical products and maximize sales growth.
This position is expected to be lead the business not only from the sales side but also work
closely with all associated departments so as to make the business a success
Role & Responsibilities:
• Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors, healthcare business owners to
prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit
analysis
• Provide product information and deliver product samples
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to
ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted
group in the decision making process
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date
with latest medical data
• To Maintain MIS and upgrade sales and sample data Develop monthly sales
reports and to ensure sales targets are met and to report if any deviations
• Analyzing and monitoring Daily sales/Call report and To do Root cause analysis on
performance of sales representative submit summary to management.• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Development
and implementation of a new CRM database. Set-up and perform/oversee joint
integration testing with CRM provider
• Overseeing the administration relating to all sales processes.
• Implementation/Analysis the portal for Sales Reporting for Daily sales call and Visit
Report, Tour Section, competitor information and Customer/Non Customer list.
• Preparing of the Quotation/Business proposal/ MOU as per the requirement of the
customer and services
to be provided.
• Maintaining an accurate database of customer information including contact
details, product preferences
and any special terms.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills.
• Capabilities like writing project proposals and articles for publication or
presentation are desirable qualifications.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Proven work experience as a Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical
Sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Bachelors degree with a MBA would be preferred
• In addition, the candidate must be flexible to perform miscellaneous job-related
duties as the situation may demand.
