Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of equipment, cutting tools, and spare parts for the PU foam industry. The role focuses on developing business for spare parts, cutting tools and consumables while also supporting equipment sales and strengthening customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Drive sales of spare parts, cutting tools, blades, and consumables for PU foam machinery
- Support equipment sales and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Develop new customers in the PU foam, mattress, and converting industry
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase repeat business
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts and solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders
- Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs for pricing, lead time, and technical details
- Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on order execution
- Provide basic technical support and product guidance to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy receivables
Requirements:
- 3–4 years experience in equipment / spare parts sales
- Exposure to PU foam / mattress / industrial machinery industry preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client visits
