Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and promoting the company's real estate services. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, providing tailored property solutions, conducting client meetings, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful deal closures. The role requires a proactive and goal-oriented approach to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience in Property Sales, Real Estate Consultation, or Client Engagement
- Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, analytics, and market research
- Professional attitude with problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
