Prachar Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a leading integrated advertising agency offering strategic communication, branding, and creative solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional who can drive new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Pitch integrated advertising and marketing solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Prior experience in advertising, media, digital, or marketing agencies preferred.
- Candidates with a strong sales flair and client acquisition experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
