Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales process, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and account management
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in market research and forecasting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for building and managing client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience: Min 5years
- Experience in the commercial kitchen equipment or refrigeration industry is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel and work from the Bengaluru and Tamilnadu location
