We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B Sales & Business Development, preferably from the Food Ingredients, Seasoning, Spices, or Flavors industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and client meetings regularly.
- Manage existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer feedback reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Support management in implementing sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development.
- Experience in Food Ingredients / Seasoning / Spices / Flavors industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
