Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote immigration services, providing them with information regarding visa processes, eligibility, and required documentation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce immigration services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients and explain visa process details.
- Assess client eligibility for various visa categories and provide appropriate advice.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of visa requirements, immigration processes, and legal documentation.
- Schedule consultations or meetings between clients and immigration experts.
- Follow up with leads to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in immigration services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear, understandable manner.
- High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of immigration process and procedures (training can be provided).
