Hiring for Senior Sales Executive (Sales & Presales)

About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with experience in Sales and Presales, preferably from the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, nurturing prospects, conducting client interactions, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Presales or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in Real Estate Sales/Presales will be highly preferred.
✔ Strong customer-handling and closing skills.
