Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Palanpur. The Senior Sales Executive will lead sales efforts, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the designated territory. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing accounts, collaborating with teams to develop strategies, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and ensuring proper product placement to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in client acquisition, lead generation, closing deals, and managing sales pipelines.
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships and handling effective negotiations.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Ability to analyze market trends, collect competitive intelligence, and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Competence in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Relevant experience in the cement, construction, or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory as required.
