Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Executive based in Indore. The role involves driving sales growth through client acquisition, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to tailor safety solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, business development, and account management within the safety solutions or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs, conduct risk assessments, and recommend appropriate safety solutions.
- Familiarity with safety standards, industrial safety regulations, and personal protective equipment is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in strategic planning, goal setting, and managing sales pipelines to achieve targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An equivalent in experience is also considered.
- Experience working with diverse industry sectors and an understanding of their safety requirements is preferred.
