Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting established sales targets. The role also involves market research, engaging with clients to understand their business needs, and presenting the company's solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales strategy development, negotiation, client relationship management, and meeting sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with experience in client presentations and public speaking.
- Marketing Skills: Knowledge of product positioning, market research, and competitor analysis to drive business growth.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Adaptability: Capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Experience in working closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 5 years in similar roles, preferably in technology or service-oriented sectors.
