Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, offering the opportunity to work directly with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales strategies, client acquisition, and building long-term customer relationships in the industrial or chemical sectors.
- Market Research and Analysis: Skills in identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to craft effective sales plans and strategies.
- Professional Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess challenges, provide solutions, and contribute to strategic decision-making for business growth.
- Technical and Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of chemical products, industrial applications, and sustainable energy solutions is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or business management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical or energy industries.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to the changing business landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management systems for tracking and managing sales activities.
