Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in the Pune Division. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, client engagement, product demonstrations, and closing deals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively articulate product value and deliver impactful presentations
- Experience in Luxury Retail, Furniture, or Lifestyle industries is preferred
- Goal-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to meet sales targets
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
