Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Hyderabad. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process, including identifying potential clients, building and nurturing relationships, conducting property consultations, and closing sales transactions. The individual will also be responsible for implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
- Strong interpersonal, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in the real estate or proptech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
