Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure business opportunities across central and state government bodies, skill development missions, and public sector organizations
- Proactively track and influence upcoming tenders, including pre-bid engagement and stakeholder alignment
- Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle: bid strategy, documentation, submission, and post-bid follow-ups
- Drive business through the GeM portal, including product positioning, bidding, and order execution
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across ministries, NSDC ecosystem, ITIs, and training institutions
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, positioning solutions based on training outcomes and ROI
- Collaborate with system integrators, partners, and internal teams to structure winning proposals
- Own the complete sales cycle including order closure, delivery coordination, and payment realization
- Establish and drive structured sales processes including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in B2G / institutional sales with strong exposure to tender-driven sales
- Experience in selling technology, training solutions, or capital equipment (AR/VR/MR preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of GeM portal, tendering processes, and government procurement norms
- Familiarity with India’s skill development ecosystem (MSDE, NSDC, ITIs, State Skill Missions) is highly desirable
- Proven ability to build business from scratch and navigate long sales cycles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High ownership, execution focus, and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
