Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves leading efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing tailored sales proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals while providing exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
- Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently prioritize tasks
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or eldercare services is an advantage
