Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Senior Sales Executive. The role involves developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The Senior Sales Executive will prepare sales reports, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking abilities with experience in market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
- Knowledge of exporting processes, global trade requirements, or the apparel and accessories industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility for occasional travel for client meetings or business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
