Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Senior Sales Executive role in the Air Express division, located in Thane. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential customers, managing and expanding existing customer relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. The Senior Sales Executive will focus on understanding client needs to provide customized solutions, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and generating new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales strategy, client acquisition, and upselling services
- Experience in customer relationship management, account management, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills for market research and customer needs assessment
- Knowledge of logistics processes, air express delivery, and supply chain solutions is a plus
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Approximately 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related industry
