Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Hubli-Dharwad. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, building and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, delivering product presentations, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's products and market trends. This role also includes coordinating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and reporting on sales performance.

- Strong skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, including both in-office and work-from-home settings
- Experience in the power tools or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, any Diploma, or a related field.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and provide solutions-oriented sales approaches
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
