Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gondal for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee client acquisition, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, providing market insights, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Knowledge of the water treatment, packaging, and bottling industry is advantageous
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
