Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Senior Sales Executive will drive sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and effectively presenting tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
Real Estate experience is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for conducting market research and creating sales plans
- Ability to use CRM tools and proficiency in sales software
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and an understanding of local market dynamics
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is a strong advantage
