Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Jammu. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, implementing strategic sales plans, meeting sales targets, managing sales pipelines, and preparing performance reports. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Digital Payments and Financial Services; ability to adapt to industry trends
- Strong Strategic Planning and Market Research skills for identifying potential business opportunities
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to foster client engagement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
