Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying and onboarding potential clients, building strong relationships with developers, and assisting buyers throughout their property purchase journey. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, providing expert guidance, negotiating sales deals, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and client needs analysis

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly desirable
