Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chittoor for the role of Senior Sales Executive. The responsibilities include identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and actively promoting MHFCL’s housing finance products. Additional duties involve conducting market research, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to streamline customer onboarding, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lending process. The role also requires preparing regular sales reports and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, including building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Marketing and Negotiation skills to effectively promote housing finance products and drive conversions.
- Knowledge of the housing finance sector and relevant market trends, including products aimed at underserved communities.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills for customer interactions and team collaborations.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address customer concerns and identify sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in housing finance or financial services is an advantage.
